The Masters
My favourite tournament along with The Open.

Weather expected to interrupt play with a chance of a Monday Finish.

The LIV boys are in town. Reid & Smith will be hoping to spoil the party. Maybe they've be softened up on the Mickey Mouse Tour. The Pairing could be interesting.

Front Runners:

Schefffler: Defending Champions have a poor record, but wouldn't rule him out.

Rory: Game looks in great shape. Hard to believe it's 9 years since he won a Major. Bound to play in his head.

Rahm: Was in great form, but a month off. Maybe peaked to soon:

Value Bets for me:

Justin Thomas 20/1
Xander 25/1

Long Shots: (PP 10 Places)

Ryan Fox 150/1
Cameron Champ 200/1

For the Superstitious:

God Lovin' Jordan has won the last two tournaments that finished on Easter Sunday.

TV Coverage:
Officially, it's pretty much only Sky.

The BBC turned down the opportunity to show evening highlights for free. Instead the BBC are concentrating on a production of the Dickens classic, Great Expectations, but with a twist, whereby most of the main characters created by Dickens are changed and replaced with Black Actors. All very Woke.

Good luck if you are having a bet.

The only Masters I'm interested in is the 5-a-side tournament between ex-professional football players.

What happened to it?

Bad start to round 2 for Rory.

12 behind the LIV man. He needs to get the finger out.

The PGA blazers won't be happy.

Also Stewie, and I agree with all your comments, the various governments don’t mind buying Saudi oil or selling them armaments.

Haven't had too much time to look at the TRENDS, so have gone with a bit of a random selection.

McIlroy (to win) 6/1
Reed (e/w) 40/1
Ancer (e/w) 80/1
Bradley (e/w) 100/1

Gone with Shauffele, Finau, and Patrick Reed for the 'fuck you' LIV factor.

Also a dabble on Tyrrell Hatton for some British interest.

Re: The Master
Can't see past Rory or Scheffler. I've had some money on Scheffler but would love Rory to be holding the jacket come sunday eve.

Think Jason Day is the most attractive value been playing well lately. Sunjae IM seems to like it round there, likewise Corey Connors who won last week

My EW bet though is Min Woo Lee with skybet paying 12 places

Hope the weather doesnt affect things to much

Watched the Netflix doc aswell, Thomas and speight were like robots totally devoid of personality, liked Tony finau and the other guy whose name escapes me but got over his cancer recently.
Poulter is just a show pony prick all the bollocks about the ryder Cup but lives in his gated community in florida posting pictures of his ferraris

Re: The Master
only backed one player, Max Homa (30/1). playing very well this season(four top tens in the last six starts) and should go well

stewie griffin 8:36 Tue Apr 4
Re: The Master
Agreed with all of that as well in fairness. Poulter in particular came across as massive bellend on the netflix doc. That said, the sound of rory prattling on about the European tour and the ryder cup - lecturing the likes of Sergio, poulter and Westwood who've given more to the tour and the European team than anyone - is equally irritating. Seems to forget his comments on the ryder cup and that he dashed off to the US for more money (and because he couldn't win in Europe because he is fucking shit in the wind).

I must admit that I don't really give a shit about the saudis. It's their money, can do with it what they like. And they'll probably own us one day soon so always best not to get on too much of a high horse about these things!
